LiquiSteam, also called Steam Cleaner, is a liquid cleaner that emulsifies grease & suspends soil faster than other liquid cleaners on the market. It is unique in that it is both an effective prespray traffic lane cleaner and extraction machine cleaner. This product’s low foam level eliminates foam problems in machines. Built-in water softening agent retards scale deposits. Leaves pleasant citrus fragrance. Meets CRI Seal of Approval, Green Seal GS37, and other Independent Certifications.

Mean Steam Citrus Powder is designed to attack heavy grease and soil accumulations on heavily soiled carpets, even fifth-generation fibers. By incorporates d’Limonene solvent, it is able to dissolve oily solvents while leaving a pleasant citrus fragrance.  Low foam levels eliminate foam problems in machines. Prevents browning by incorporating alkaline builders. pH=10.

Natural Fiber Extraction Cleaner is a blue liquid extraction detergent that contains a reducing agent that reverses natural oxidation.  It is designed for both natural and synthetic fibers that have a tendency to “brown out” after cleaning. In addition to removing brown oxidation from fibers this product removes coffee, tea, and water stains. Natural Fiber Extraction Cleaner also reverses color fading. Neutral pH factor.

All purpose water based deodorant/counteractant available in the lingering scents of Lemon, Cherry, Peach, Blueberry, Apple, and Hawaiian. Water soluble to mix with other cleaning products. High concentration. Works on contact. For spray method, dilute 1 to 8 ounces per gallon.

Odor Solvent, also called Solvent-Deo, is a long-lasting, solvent based spray that is combined with an odor counteractant. Used to remove pet and smoke odors. Built-in odor counteractant lingers for several days. High active concentration. In order to remove tough odors, this product can also be used for carpet injections.

Stand Alone, also called Odorless Acid, is an organic acid with low odor and low toxicity. It removes detergent residues and most oxidation stains. Stand Alone also reduces yellowing and alkalinity; Reduces yellowing and alkalinity; enhances soil resistance; and reduces / prevents wicking back and browning. Is usable with ” wool safe” carpet cleaning. Contains some hazardous ingredients. Meets all current specifications, including the Green Seal GS37.

Olefin Prespray releases organic and inorganic soils that commonly cause discoloration of Olefin (polypropylene) carpets. It provides quick-acting emulsifying agents that allow for one-pass cleaning during extraction. Mild ethereal fragrance.

P.O.G. is a high-tech, non-oily cleaning agent used to remove paint, oxidized oils, grease, and wax. It also softens gums and latex. This product can be used as an upholstery prespray. If used as a prespray, dilute with 16 oz of hot water per gallon.

PEROXY-KLEEN  is a uniquely stabilized specialty oxidant, specifically designed to be more robust when used as a cleaner, degreaser, or deodorizer.  Its stable oxygenated cleaning  component  provides  a  chlorine-free  alternative  for  cleaning  and  stain removal.  The action of oxygen cleaning micro-bubbles, coupled with the degreasing power of citrus, is particularly effective at lifting and removing difficult soils from a variety of  fabrics and hard surfaces. When diluted properly will leave no chemical residue or build-up to help reduce  slips.

Safer POG, or Metholene Free POG, is a high technology cleaning agent used to remove paint, oxidized oils, grease, and wax. It softens gums and latex and is a non-oily solvent. As previously mentioned, it is metholene free. This product can be used as an upholstery prespray. If used as a prespray, dilute with water.

Powdered Formula 90 is an ultraconcentrated, anti-corrosive, low foaming carpet detergent for use in all hot water extraction units. It contains corrosion inhibitors to protect all metals commonly found in steam extraction equipment. Powdered Formula 90 dries to a non-tacky, crystalline powder which can easily be vacuumed away. Minimum residue allows for a longer lasting, higher level of appearance between cleanings.
